My Story

It’s fair to say that sometimes we need friends & family to push us towards our potential. Since 1982, I have been teaching Colorguard & Dance. In 2019 my husband helped to build my very first She Shed. Each weekend I invited friends and family over to gather and get “caught up.” I enjoyed preparing savory & sweet snacks for my tribe. That’s where it all began. I started making boards…Charcuterie boards. Then Covid hit. We began staying home & entertaining a few family members each weekend. Then, just around Mothers Day 2020, we decided to increase the size of my She Shed. We happily call it, She Shed 2.0.

I began making Charcuterie boards for Sunday dinner. Each time I made a board, my family & friends would say “you should do this as a business!” I never dreamed of doing anything like this. And after April 6, 2021, I cannot think about doing anything else. Fast forward to a conversation with my friend Becky…she said that I had a great idea for a start-up! Now, I enjoy making these boards for anyone who wants one. Even though I wish we could enjoy the Charcuterie boards, together, in my She Shed…for now, you can order one and I will hand-design your board as you wish:)

Italian board. Marinated Chicken, Fresh basil from my garden and homemade pesto.

We currently offer three board sizes. Our boards include gourmet cheeses, meats, She Shed Snacks, Breads/Crackers and She Shed Spreads. The She Shed Pesto is the “Besto.” You can always add an additional 4 oz jar to any board. We only use fresh basil harvested from our garden. The cilantro jalapeño hummus & bruschetta spread is also homemade. Our savory nut mix is seasoned with fresh garden herbs and roasted fresh with each batch.
